Just call me dumb, but where is the chat section?   shrug

EDIT:  Yep, dumb is the word. I found it, it is located at the TOP, it isn't one of the forums, which was where I was looking.  doh2

I haven't spent a lot of time in chat, but have enjoyed it whenever I did.  I don't have a lot of time in the summer time to spend on making calls.  That's usually a fall/winter activity for me.  Summer time for me is spent out on the harley, slowpitch softball, and traveling.  And this week we are doing some cleanup work and habitat prep for our duck hunting hole for duck season.

Maybe if we all plan on a certain night to get together in the chat session, that may get a lot of folks together at once.  shrug

Let's see, I have tried on NUMEROUS occasions to log in on the chat here. So far I have only been able to talk to myself.
One of the things I did enjoy while making calls was being able to log onto a chat and talk one on one with live people during a live time.
I haven't been doing the call making thing for awhile, although I still turn out calls and enjoy using them and then giving a call that I actually used to call up a coyote or two to another coyote hunter that I have taken out and had success with using them.
Many familiar names and many new names in the predator calling realm I have seen and also seen pics of outstanding work done by many of the old, well, maybe not so old also, call makers and I am indeed impressed by the talent shown by them. But, and it is a big BUT, I haven't been able to chat with any of them and to email people is not the same!
Todd emailed me with the standard log on or drop out email because I have not been active on the board for some year and a half and I totally understand the why's and why not's of the email.

SOOOOOOO, I have been logging onto the chat to renew old aquantices and meet new call makers but to NO AVAIL!!!
So what gives?   We used to chat on a semi regular basis. I do know that there are many talented call makers out there with new ideas and with great talent.
Maybe that's what I need and also what other call makers new and old also need.
With the enormous upsurge in coyote calling over the last ten years and the abilities of the call makers I am actually very surprised that no one here seems to ever get on the chat.
I am just a little bewildered and also a bit bummed out about it.
 But,,,,, so goes life.
I would enjoy talking to, via the chat , some of my old friends and also some of the new talent that is out there.
Anyways, I have tried and tried to see a name other than my own when I log onto the chat here in the evening....Bitch session is over, and good calling to all....Walt..AKA NVWalt
